The use of Gold Salt aids in the prevention of nitrite poisoning. The salt is also well suited for routine aquarium freshwater use. It does not impact pH or provide buffering.

Directions:
Use 18g (1 tablespoon) for each 40L (10 US gallons). Use when setting up an aquarium and when making water changes. To add salt to an established tank, do so gradually. It is best to dissolve the salt in a small amount of freshwater before use. Avoid using salt when replacing evaporated water.
